Had a CyberKnife treatment and was not made aware that I would suffer from dysarthria. Then the center hit me with a 25k medical bill.
Dr. Varughese is absolutely amazing!! She is so sweet, caring and just overall a wonderful person to deal with. She is an amazing surgeon and every time I see her, I feel so at ease, and she becomes a friend! Her staff is just as wonderful! Never have any issues getting messages to her or Dr. V or her staff getting back to me in an extremely timely manner!! Infusion Center: Called a bunch of times for an appointment, barely picked up the phone. They never contacted me like they were supposed to for an infusion, the one time they did they told me 'someone would call me back later' and they never did. The most incompetent person has gotta be running their scheduling.
Dr. Varughese performed my hysterectomy surgery for cancer in 2021. Since then I have had periodic visits with her to monitor my recovery and continued health. She and her staff offer the highest quality of professional medical care possible, in a most sincerely caring manner.
