Elderly mom was brought in by ambulance. The DR and Mike her nurse were fantastic through the whole process until she was moved to a room in the hospital. I am very grateful at the care they provided her. Thank you
care was decent. but customer service is atrocious. refusal to provide certain documents and getting screamed at on the phone. unless your actively dying id go to the urgent care across the street. especially if you're a Service Member at JBMDL
Wouldn’t recommend, very slow , tried to triage us twice , unorganized . Waited 4 hours . Go somewhere else .
Took my husband here tonight because he has been having pain in abdomen and weakness and shortness of breath. Thought Deborah would be best place to be in case of a cardiac problem. Anyway we went late on a Saturday afternoon and it was not busy at all. They immediately took us in. He was seen by Dr. Diwal who explained everything and had a very professional bedside manner.
