Each and every staff of this facility was terrible. Was made to wait for long and after XRay. The staff who took my xray didn't even put the cover before XRay. And after that, I never saw Doctor. Nurse came and told me that nothing is broken and they released me with pain still happening. All they told me to get some Tylenol over the counter. Such a terrible facility.
Elderly mom was brought in by ambulance. The DR and Mike her nurse were fantastic through the whole process until she was moved to a room in the hospital. I am very grateful at the care they provided her. Thank you
care was decent. but customer service is atrocious. refusal to provide certain documents and getting screamed at on the phone. unless your actively dying id go to the urgent care across the street. especially if you're a Service Member at JBMDL
Wouldn’t recommend, very slow , tried to triage us twice , unorganized . Waited 4 hours . Go somewhere else .
