Went there and got information about this place and really the place need repair and better management employees are not very professional so I quickly change my mind about my mother to come up this facility just by looking around I noticed that's not safe for any seniors
The facility is very Nasty and the residents are unattended. Do not come here.....you will die here. The staff do not care at all.
My uncle is also there. Last night they let us visit him and let him spend a night with us away from the facility. The next day we brought him back and the case worker told us that he was never supposed to leave the facility because he is a ward of the state. So they let him go one night but said that it was never supposed to happen, plus the social worker was rude. I will be contacting DHS to let them know about the condition of the facility and how irresponsible they are with the residents who are supposed to be protected ... read more
