I can’t even get my own money back — it’s honestly a joke. The whole process is incredibly frustrating. Every time I call, I get a completely different answer or “solution,” and it feels like no one there actually knows what they’re doing. Nothing is digital. Everything has to go through the mail - and you can expect it to take at least 3+ weeks just to get anything done with your account. It’s outdated, slow, and honestly exhausting to deal with. Still haven’t got my own money yet…..
