It’s been over four months since I first contacted Capital to service my golf cart. I have been given every excuse under the sun from “Steve” about why NOTHING has been done to my cart in over 4 months and for the life of me I cannot figure out how all of these bad reviews haven’t buried this company for such poor service. Me and my wife bought a golf cart from Capital golf carts a year ago. When they delivered the golf cart they had wrecked the front of the golf cart. They said they would make it right and here we are a year later and I'm still getting the runaround about the front end being replaced. Every time they contact me to try to schedule something the front clip has all of sudden been shipped somewhere else.
