Steve Messina is the consultant who helped me with the purchase of a new golf cart for my business partner. He made the entire transaction seamless and a pleasure. I highly recommend purchasing from Steve and Capital Golf Carts.
If I could give a rating of negative zero that would be my rating of this company. They had my cart for 16 days, left it outside so when I got it back it was not only filthy, but had rust and water spots on it. To make matters worse, they were dishonest in their communication to me and my cart still does not run right. .Bought a golf cart at Palm Harbor Capital golf carts. There was play and a clunking sound coming from the steering. There was a show and tell here in our park on how to take care of your golf carts provided by the Same business.. So we brought our cart up to have him take a look at it and one of their workers told us to bring it in there is something definitely wrong so that we did they . No Rating -5 Bought a golf cart there, clunk in front end they say nothing is wrong but one of their mechanics who did visit our retirement site stated totally the opposite. Batteries were new so we thought now less than two years they want over 1,100 for changing 4 batteries. Shop some place else people, other reviews with same circumstances. I wish I did my homework. Capital golf carts in Palm Harbor you just lost a customer again. How long will you keep doing this until your out of Business.
