I recently purchased a new vehicle (not from Capital GMC). I checked autotrader for an instant cash offer to get a feel for what my old vehicle would be worth. The numbers were not what I expected. Capital GMC called me and encouraged me to bring the vehicle in. I mentioned we were too far apart on our valuation and they insisted we could figure things out. After coming in they mentioned they are not interested in buying my vehicle based on the year and kms. The whole thing was a waste of both my time and theirs.

My girlfriend came to pickup a used SUV from Dale, when we got there we found out her current car had been over-appraised (they hadn’t seen it yet) he quickly involved Justin the sales manager and the 2 of them quickly did everything they could to make us happy and get her into the newer SUV.
