It is a good dealership. I just got a used car good deal through Max there. Max is excellent salesperson there.
I am a frequent new vehicle customer of Capital GMC. Sales manager Goldy, Finance Manager Azi, and GM Adam have always treated me well. This purchase I had the privilege of working with Sales Consultant Steve. In my 10 years of being a capital customer I have never been treated so well by a sales consultant. He listened to what our needs and wants were, he found us the right vehicle, and every thing was on time and very professional. I highly recommend Steve at Capital GMC in Edmonton if you are looking for a vehicle.
I came in to have an oil change done. My first time at Capital, I am (or was a Lakewood customer). I was guided in to the oil change bay by a small young man. Once I parked the oil change started like a normal change. The young man then asked if he could check our “cabin air filter” which was plugged with nasty stuff I don’t want to know what it is. Loni and the service department were excellent - diagnosing and trying to find out the issue with my DEF and error codes on dah - Good stuff!
