We’ve been loyal Capital Buick customers for years. We bought our truck there and always enjoyed the sales experience. Up until now, we’ve also done all of our servicing there, but that ends today. When Capital called my husband to book our winter tire change (our tires are stored there), we were both on the call since it was on speakerphone. Bought a truck from them was told the engine was replaced. With a rebuilt motor 50 k ago . They had it running when we picked it up were told. The batteries were dead and. Would bot restart with out a jump start . OK we were to told it needed batteries no big deal. Brought the truck home shut it off and. It cranked good but did not start. Charged the batteries.
