Capital Fuels Arkansas Location is Very unprofessional and unethical. Woke up to a knock on my truck door. Had a boot on my truck. Had to pay $275 to get the boot removed. Called the cops and nothing happened. Signs are posted but signs aren't visible. The building looks abandoned so many would think that the signs are old ads. There are no lighting or arrows that points to the signs. 3 people got woken out of their sleep and towed by A1 towing, they're here abandoned at the rest stop as I type this. Capital fuel is purposefully running a scam to illegally boot trucks. Call the police, they are aware of what capital fuel is doing, also call a locksmith to cut the boot off your truck. The owner of capital fuel drives a Maybach. Keep an eye out for him and be very nice to him. You can see him in Memphis Tennessee near the two Capital Fuel locations.
