If we could give Capital Foundation & Sons a higher rating we would. From the first conversation we had with Paul, he went above and beyond assessing our situation and offered his expertise. We originally thought we only needed our window wells replaced but Paul noticed a crack in our foundation the others missed and still his price including repairing the crack was less than the other two quotes we received. No one wants to fix their foundation but Capital foundation made it as painless as possible. They got the job done quickly, on time and on schedule. They were competitively priced and left the area looking better than it was prior. The interlock looked better than before they dug. I would recommend their services.
We had block foundation cracks repaired with water proofing installed on 2 sides of our house. They squeezed us in just before the snow! They stayed 100% on schedule despite horrendous weather and cleaned up everything (literally everything down to spraying down the driveway/street to ensure no dirt residue was left behind). Capital foundation and sons was the selected company to perform the remedial work on our foundation wall. It was thought to repair one crack by the time the area was excavated it was noticed there were three cracks.The cracks were grouted. Checked weeping tile water drained well.all rushed rock and crusher dust and concrete slab was replaced.The area was cleaned up.I was very impressed with the employees workmanship and attitude towards doing a dam fine job,
