No one wants to fix their foundation but Capital foundation made it as painless as possible. They got the job done quickly, on time and on schedule. They were competitively priced and left the area looking better than it was prior. The interlock looked better than before they dug. I would recommend their services.
We are very pleased with the work Capital Foundation & Sons have done. They repaired a 2-inch crack in the foundation, completely replaced concrete double garage floor and leveled interlock in the backyard. It was obvious that Paul, Logan and their crew take pride in the work they are performing. At the end of each day they tidied up tools, materials and debris. The work was done on schedule. And they left our premises extremely clean.
We had a very good experience with Capital Foundation & Sons this summer of 2025. Paul and Logan and their crew did the work in the scheduled time with no disruption in our activities , finished the work and cleaned the area. Paul and Logan for s couple of times adjusted the start date as we requested and because of changes in our plan; which was a great sign of courtesy for their client. Highly recommend Bahman
Paul (owner) and Matt from Capital Foundation & Sons worked on replacing half of my garage floor which was badly cracked. Matt completely removed the existing floor - it was a whole day of hard work. They removed the rubble and the next day poured cement over a metal grate and smoothed it with great attention to detail and to grading. Both days they arrived on time, worked methodically, and produced great results. I am very happy that my condo Board hired this particular company for the job.
