Devlynn was great to work with so this is not a reflection on her. The rest of my experience was not great to say the least. I’ve had my truck in several times for intermittent transmission issues that eventually led to a transmission rebuild at about 22k miles. Thought the problem was solved, but had issues again a short time later. Was then told it takes time for the system to learn/adjust to driving style in cold and or warm weather conditions. Quick, friendly and did a great job, except for spilling DEF all over the step underneath the filler tube.
My husband and I really appreciate the service department for the thoroughness and timely service we have experienced at Capital Ford. We especially liked their mobile service recently that included a computer system update that took only ten minutes! Yay!
