I was surprised that they offered the service coming to my house. It was super convenient. As a minor point Everything had to be done online and I never talk to a human being. Guess I’m just old school. It was a recall, so the price was free.
Joe Conroy in Service is an Excellent Communicator and all-around-nice person. We have an Ford Expedition. September was a Cam Phaser issue that was never an official recall by Ford Corporate, only an “advisory”. Had the whole front off anyway, so did the belts - water pump - thermostat, etc at same time. Capital Ford worked around my requirements and was very professional and courteous. I will use Capital even though they are located 20 miles away and I have another dealership in my back yard.
Worse service I have ever experienced. They had my vehicle for 6 weeks didn’t fix the problem neither my window lock. Would nit recommend taking your vehicle here.
