They have had my car for 19 days and I cannot get a call back from them for an update. The transmission was under warranty and they did not provide a rental (they offered me a rental car for $85 a day). They also attempted to scare me into a $2000 upcharge.

I had a 10am appointment for an oil change on my fleet vehicle. I was checked out around 1:00. 3 hours for an oil change seems like a long time so I can't recommend them.

Brought in my truck November of 2024 for some coolant, brake, rear and front differential fluid changes. Paid $687. After this visit, i started having issues with my differential and my cabin was smelling like burnt rubber or burnt oil. Brought it in back to the dealer. Paid an almost $300 diagnostic fee. They told me that their work had nothing to do with this leak since it was the differential pinion seal leaking.
