Spent the past 9 months in process on a land loan with many delays on the sellers part. Came time for closing and we were informed that due to issues the lender was aware of from the start that they would be unable to proceed with the loan. I'm now less than 2 weeks from closing scrambling to find another lender. Completely and totally unprofessional and no apologies from anyone at the company.
This was my best and easiest experience ever getting a loan. John and Nicolle were extremely helpful and really were the ones who kept the whole purchase on track for us. They managed appraisals and helped with survey and titles. The rate was good and I am looking forward to getting first patronage check. I was referred by a friend and glad to find them .
