I haven't even started going yet but setting up my first appoitment I was blown away by how rude one of the women was. It was an older short blonde haired woman and if it wasn't for Nicole (I believe her name was) they would of gotten 1 star and id of left. I simply walked in and said I'm looking for a place to help me get tested for my allergy and this woman as rudely as possible says you have to have an appointment!
