Absolutely disgusting staff in the reception, including the office manager, so rude and not customer based, especially to the elderly. Unfortunately the Dr is a kind man who should consider new staff or even the chance to speak to customers to find out the truth in a situation. If he reads this can he please reach out to the customer as the front staff refused to pass on a message to him - Dr Kuo.
The eye examination was thorough and I was advised to try special eyewear for my migraines due to light sensitivity. I was loaned a pair of Avulux sunglasses for a week. My migraines disappeared while I was using Avulux. And to this day, I am so happy with the outcome. Thank you for listening and successfully preventing my migraines.
