Terrible customer service. After I finally got through to them they requested my records from my previous doctor. Haven't heard from them since. Guess they don't need new patients.
The staff and doctors are so nice and go out of their way to make you feel comfortable!
Capital Eye Medical Group gave my husband an appointment to determine cataract removal. They called a few weeks later, saying that "someone" made a mistake and they don't take our Medicare plan. They offered to split the cost of the appointment, and we paid $20 cash. Yesterday, they sent a text with a bill for $330 ! My husband went to their office and, instead of acknowledging their billing errors, they said, "We'll talk to the Doctor." I'm going to report them!
I went in about a month ago for a chalazon on my eyelid. My first consultation went really well and they said if it did not pop on it’s own they could schedule me for surgery the next week. I called multiple times that next week and my call went to voicemail every time. It has been a month and my chalazon is still there and painful, and I have yet to receive a call back.
