I would title this "Tell me why you have a you have a fully functioning waiting room?" My review is rated based strictly on office policies of making caregivers, spouses, etc. wait in the hallway when there is a waiting room with television and probably 15 seats. My brother, sister and I have been taking my mother here for years. She really likes Dr. Kamath; feels comfortable with him. My Mom will be 89 years old next month. If I could leave a zero I would. I was a patient for nearly 10 years and without reason was dropped as a patient. I called the front desk and the receptionist was very curt and said they don’t have the info why and it was up to the doctor. She said she could page him but seemed upset I was asking to even have that done. I liked Dr Kamath but I do have to say over the years the front desk staff seem to not care and always be bothered with interacting with patients. Dr Kamath never called me back with a reason.

Instead of making me feel at ease the assistant lady made me feel quite the opposite,I left upset and understood why the reviews are so low, the rest of the staff was pleasant though

Dr kameth is wonderful. Always makes me feel very comfortable and always addresses any concerns

Don't come here if you have an elderly parent you want to accompany to the visit. You will have to sit in the hallway. No exceptions! She is not steady on her feet, she has trouble hearing and she has an issue with her memory. Not to mention they failed to diagnose her correctly the first couple times she was here. Horrible place!
