Office Depot used this company to deliver office supplies to our business. The items were supposed to be there the next day. We received them 4 days later. When we contacted Office Depot, they contacted Capital Express and were told that the driver tried to deliver the supplies the next day around 4:30 p.m. but our business was closed. That was a lie because we stay open until 5:30 p.m. so who knows where the delivery driver went to attempt the delivery but it wasn t to our business.
