Great company! Saved me money on my electric!
Tried to change my electric service without my permission. No great customer service rates breaking FCC rules.
Preferred Living has been a long time client of Capital.Energy. We continue to make the decision to renew with Capital.Energy because in addition to their professional customer service, they always provide competitive rates. The account manager reaches out in advance to explain our renewal options and not just auto renew our accounts at much larger rates, like we have experienced in the past with other companies. When I first signed up, they were nice and helpful. Then, I went to see about renewing, and the price was higher--more than 10 percent higher than their new customer price as listed on Apples to Apples. I called customer service, and talked with a man who was being told what to say by someone else. He did not know the answer as to why my new rate would be higher, but said that it was because I used more electricity than the average household.
