Very confusing messaging system, doesn’t do blood or imagining in house, expects you to come in to discuss things already discussed, cancelled an appointment without telling me so I showed up but charged a fee for me to cancel with 24 hours notice. Just bad customer service.
Absolute worst experience. Admin staff here is terrible. Hard to reach any staff member of this practice when it’s needed. Have had multiple lapses in medication refills due to staff members not trained to excersize the importance of thyroid health. Terrible customer service experience.
This place doesn't care about its patients. I was left stranded with no Synthroid.
The doctor is great! Have been going for several years. The only I issue I have is the office never answers the phone. They will only text. Thinking of switching just due to that. UPDATE: I received a letter from the office that they can no longer serve me, I’m guessing due to my review. So instead of communicating and trying to improve their customer service, they just decided they no longer want to help me. Disappointing.
