Well I didn't go with this mob the reason being the guy that answered the phone said hello I had to ask if this was the right company. I told him i had a problem with a light socket. Then he said the call out fee was $220 to do a simple job, obviously the job was to small. I would not use this company beware.

Called through at 7.45AM and spoke to a lady who was very rude and passive aggressive with her tone. Making sly remarks like "you're calling at 7.45AM, its after hours". Yes I know its 7.45AM, but how am I suppose to know its after hours. Trade business often open earlier, like 7AM, and your website says open. A simple, you've come through to the after hours line but someone can get back in touch after 8AM, would have been enough. Also saying comments like "i know its confusing to you, but ...
