Worst customer service ever. Very rude this company doesnt have don't have a care in the world at all.
Lived at another location before moving changed our house phone to our new location never got changed we ended up paying for some one else's bill for a long time put us on prepaid
I know a single mom who works full-time that has no transportation other than the bus. She called Capital Electric to find out the balance of her bill and they informed her she had to pay it by the next morning or they were disconnecting her service. She told them she couldn't get in until that following Monday, three business days. So instead of her having to pay a $130 bill they have now charged her $375 for reconnect fees and collections. I want to make sure my recent experience doesnt affect anyone else. I told the company my move out date and confirmed it with my landlord. The company put the wrong date on my cancellation by a full month and kept trying to charge me for the month after I moved out. Was told numerous times that it was a mistake on their end, that they would fix it, and it would not go to collections.
