A co-op where members don't have a say. For whatever reason they are price gouging our rural fire departments to the tune of $1,000 for 3 hours of power. I'd switch back to MDU in a heartbeat. In fact it's so bad that the fire departments had to get generators that run off of natural gas so they weren't getting robbed on electricity anymore. During Peak notifications their generators power them to avoid extreme charges.
Scam power company constantly threatening peak pricing so that they can overcharge you for the rest of the month. The state needs to look into their shady practices.
