This company tries its hardest to squeeze every last penny out if its customers. Its billing structure is insane and the board thinks they are a bunch of geniuses for coming up with it. Get ready to pay 2x as much for electricity compared to other local electric companies.
Very very crooked company that will absolutely steal your money and claim you used the electricity when you absolutely didn't. The average readings they go by to bill are dishonest. If your struggling and on the prepaid service and you run out of money and its -40 and ask them to please work with you even for 24 hours until your paycheck comes....forget it! You will freeze!
