Sold my house notified them that I had sold it and on what day, they were nice and thanked me. Got an automated call several weeks later confirming that I had sold the house, all good right. Apparently not just had a feeling 6 months later, now I've never gotten a call from capital electric or email after that automated call but apparently had a 15 dollar bill.
