This is aimed toward the service department. Every time that I have dealt with the staff at this location, I have been met with smiles and great customer service, especially from the technicians! Even though my vehicle was not a Stellantis product, they were able to give it great care. Service advisors there do a swell job and even gave me a free calendar just for asking nicely! Had the pleasure of dealing with Corey Wilson. Super stellar guy. Very pleasant and accommodating. However, upon taking car home i realized that car should have never been safetied. Tires to ware bars. Check engine light on after driving for 20 min. Rear wiper blades motor done. Back seat belt malfunction warning. Also a recall on the block heater that wasn't repaired. But can't repair it because of an aftermarket anti theft sheild that requires a key to remove... that no one has.... so my car could just ignite into flames. ... read more
My experience with Capital Dodge has been extremely disappointing. This review concerns a factory-damaged 2026 Ram 1500 Limited delivered December 5, 2025 that Capital Dodge has still failed to properly resolve. This vehicle was provided as a replacement for a 2025 Ram 1500 Sport GT that Capital Dodge sold to me as new but which had multiple defects, including dents, damaged trim, a blown speaker, a curbed rim, paint defects, and other issues that were documented with photographs and reported to the dealership.
