Frustrating and dishonest experience. I visited this dealership and worked with a salesperson named Yahya. I was still undecided on the car, but was told we could move forward with financing and decide later. Then the finance person asked me to pay $500 to hold the car, saying it was fully refundable even if I didn’t buy. I later chose not to go ahead with the purchase, but when I called for my refund, they completely changed their story — now saying the $500 is only refundable if I buy the car. I just wanted to write a quick note about the fantastic service we got from Bassam Nasr, Sales Representative at Capital Dodge Kanata. He was so patient and has so much knowledge about Dodge Ram and trucks in general.
