We had hired Dave Bernacki and his team to add a screen room to the back of our house. They did an exceptional job, adding lighting and electrical outlets, and matched the siding exactly to the house. It looks so beautiful and we get so much enjoyment out of it. Our Dream Sunroom We couldn’t be more pleased with CDRC and the gorgeous sunroom they built for us. From start to finish, the quality of construction, craftsmanship, and attention to detail were exceptional. Dave and team did a great job from start to finish on our basement finishing project. Their initial quote was quick, to the point, and gave the sense they knew exactly what they needed to do and had been there done that. Working with Phil (the PM), the team, and all the subcontractors was always a positive experience. They are quick (but thorough) and multiple subcontractors and vendors all reiterated that when CDRC calls they jump because they know the expectation is for timeliness. My dad had his main floor half bathroom converted to a full bath. Dave and his crew did an amazing job. My dad needed a shower and laundry on the main level. It turned out better than he had hoped. It's beautiful as well as functional. Dave and everyone at CDRC are a pleasure to work with. They have done several projects at my house as well, including an addition and kitchen/bathroom remodel. I would recommend them to anyone.
