I was referred to Dave owner of CDRC and it was the best referral somebody could’ve gave me working with DAVE and Phil to completely rehab. Capital District Residential Contractors are by far the best in the area for residential additions, renovations, and repairs. We had two additions added to our house and we are completely satisfied with their quality workmanship, and would not hesitate to call on them again for another project in the future. The process was quite painless as they take care of everything soup to nuts. Their price is very competitive and fair. Their workmanship from foundation to paint is excellent and by the book.
2026 Update: We called Dave back to do a kitchen remodel. Same as last review we got great quality of work and great service. Dave is very reasonable and sticks to his commitments on what he quotes and when some unforeseen issues arose, he ate cost on some things, which is just not something you see everyday. Dave is very personable and his team is very professional. We love our new kitchen and so does everyone else that comes to visit!
