Capital District Residential Contractors did an excellent job working with my wife and I in designing and building a four-season room for our house. Overall, the process was seamless, and although there were some hiccups along the way, Dave and his team were quick to address any problems that arose. I hired Dave and his team to install three egress windows in our finished basement. His price was fair and his team led by Phil were excellent. They worked in some pretty challenging weather conditions but still completed the job on time and on budget. The finishing work they did inside was done very well. My elderly mother was there most of the time and said that everyone was polite and professional. I will be recommending Capital District Residential Contractors to my family and friends and will definitely use them again.

Dave, Phil, and his team were tasked to remodel our whole basement to an apartment for my father in law. From the framing and electrical to the finishing, everyone showed up and worked diligently to make sure everything was to our specifications. The work and execution were beyond our expectations! Dave and his team did work on my deck that overlooked a pool and a pool deck a few years back. They replaced everything with trex( floor rails and stairs). I had an issue with the stairs but they came up with a good design that saved me some money. This year 2024 I had some issues with some of the boards and two post. They came back and took care of it for me. If you need any kind of work on your house like a deck they are the ones to call. They do great work and they stand by it. Tim
