Why did CDPHP change the formulary for drug prices ? 😡😡😡
Cdphp, you guys should really look into OrthoNY. Combative nurse pa's who order tests and don't read them to the patient. The so called Doctor she sent me to didn't read it either. "She ordered a muscle test and didn't schedule a follow up to discuss the findings." 1st test with cdphp, (a second test was with another insurance co.) and im sure they charge cdphp and definitely me and the other insurancecompany. I am a dual eligible Medicare Advantage customer. I have Medicare and Medicaid. According to Medicaid they will pay for my CDPHP Medicare Advantage premium. When I called CDPHP they said Medicaid will not pay. That’s a bold faced lie because for the past year on this plan Medicaid paid for the monthly premium. Now I have to go into the office in Latham. Let’s see what their response is. It could be the same or totally opposite. The reps give a different story for the same situation.
Staff is rude no one wants to help you MEGHAN HAS AND ATTITUDE they have yet to send me my insurance card but want me to prove 5 different authorizations and if you don’t know the exact date you went to the doctor last better luck next time for you! This place is a joke people call and ask for help with THIER medical needs and get treated like they are trash!!!
