Extremely poor communication and support for providers. Their process is disconnected and lacks clean instructions. Do no recommend.
This insurance is THE WORST insurance any human can have, I am so disgusted. CDPHP YOU SHOULD BE COMPLETELY ASHAMED OF YOURSELF. AND I DO NOT KNOW WHY????? YOU WANT MEMBER'S TO USE WALGREENS, BECAUSE THEY ARE JUST AS BAD AS YOUR INSURANCE.

Cdphp, you guys should really look into OrthoNY. Combative nurse pa's who order tests and don't read them to the patient. The so called Doctor she sent me to didn't read it either. "She ordered a muscle test and didn't schedule a follow up to discuss the findings." 1st test with cdphp, (a second test was with another insurance co.) and im sure they charge cdphp and definitely me and the other insurancecompany.
