Eric answered his phone promptly when I called and I was able to schedule the installation of 2 ceiling fans within about a week of my call. One installation required a wire to be run since the room did not have a ceiling light to begin with. He was neat and efficient. This was the second time I’ve had Eric install ceiling fans over the last few years and I have already discussed scheduling him to install recessed lighting in the near future.
We couldn't be happier with the job done by Capital District Electric. We had had substandard work done by another electrician that included large holes left in our wall, and Capital District fixed all of that work, strung wires through the wall so wire mold could be removed, and also expertly fixed the holes in our wall. We were very impressed with his work, communication and cleanliness. Highly recommend.
Highly recommend this electrician! Eric came out and bonded and grounded our pool as well as installed a brand new subpanel. He was professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to make sure everything was done safely and correctly. The work was clean, efficient, and completed in a timely manner. It’s hard to find someone reliable these days, and we couldn’t be happier with the service. We will definitely be using him again for future electrical work!

Eric installed fans where previously there was just flat ceiling. Ran the electrical. Installed switch and timer. Updated some plugs. Swapped out a bunch of fixtures. The whole laundry list I’d saved up. Great work. Efficient. Good communication. Can recommend.
