After my consultation appointment I was more clear about my options to prevent my condition getting worse. I am glad of the referral. Thank you CDC for enlightening me.
I don’t think they really want to help with issues that aren’t considered serious by their standards. I was also prescribed medication that worsens my issues.
They listened to my concerns, made sure my prescriptions meds and vitamins were up to date. They went over any surgeries I may have had. I didn’t feel rushed. I saw the PA and she was great. I felt good about my decision to have a procedure done to help stretch my esophagus so my swallowing problems could be remedied. Scheduled for a couple of weeks. I took longer to get an appointment then to schedule the procedure.
