Very kind and such a nice staff.
I am writing this review on behalf of my mother, Susan McCall. I got an appointment for her later in July but she needed something sooner. A very helpful lady was able to get her an appointment a lot sooner in Germantown. The staff at this office were so helpful and friendly. Both my mother and I have had appointments with Dr Shanavas and we are always pleased with his patience, his knowledge and experience in his field. My experience with Dr.Zafi Shanavas has always been wonderful. I am always greeted by a pleasant staff . Dr Shanavas is consistently very personable , friendly, professional and great with helping with all of my digestive issues . He is knowledgeable and has a great bedside manner. He is always good about answering all my questions . I highly recommend him for anybody who’s looking for a great gastroenterologist.
