Since about August or September of 2023, our x ray machine that we purchased from Capital Dental went out. Since then, it has it moments when it works and doesn't work. We have contacted them, spoken to several members of the company and they stated they would send a third party. We scheduled an appointment twice and they were a no show. We are located in Georgia and they are located in Texas so when we spent the thousands of dollars for the machine, they sent us a representative from Texas.
