I’ve been a loyal customer of Capital Cutlery for over seven years, working with them across multiple restaurants. However, my recent experience has been absolutely unacceptable. Perfectly sharp for a fair price. I’d say it’s apparent kitchen ware is their specialty, you’re leaving your knives in good hands.
Love this place! Great people, quality, and price. Don't be bothered by the commercial setting, they know what they are doing. No red carpet entry, but the service is top. And you get really sharp knives!
