Had after market headlights put on my wife’s BMW 3 series. One light went out and when we brought it in to get fixed we were alerted of a nightmare job they did. Wiring was bad, a decoder was installed that went faulty and now fried the computer. No power to that headlight and only BMW can fix it for $3k!!! Untrustworthy people installing stuff they clearly don’t know anything about. The bulbs were forced and wedged making it a disaster to fix. Very displeased with the experience I had while getting work done to my vehicle. I had them install a lift kit in my vehicle, and when I picked it up the left and right sides were sitting at very different heights. When I brought this to Jon's(the manager) attention, he told me to get it aligned and that those folks would take care of it. (This is simply not true). The actual service tech was kind though, and understand that he made a mistake and did correct it. I also later found that all my junk parts were left in the bed ... read more
