Other than Aubrey, whom helps you TREMENDOUSLY to get a home here and is very kind and understanding, Monica, the new to management manager isn't quite the same. For starters, I was NOT able to pay rent with the same afforded ways as other tenants. I had to take time out of my day in order to go get a money order instead of being able to pay online, like everyone else can do if they chose to. If giving zero stars was a thing I would. I’ve lived in this community for over 3 years…..multiple different manager and assistants in and out of the community……was never told when first moving in that every year the lot rent raises $60 or that they were gonna charge extra for trash containers or that we would be changed for water and Sewer on our invoice every month for the crappy water system that they have that Ruins everything. When you call the office, no one answers the phone. It is so inconvenient when you can't talk to anyone about issues on the property. I have been at this location quite some time. Since the management has changed, it has been so unprofessional. Hopefully, management will be more responsive in the future.
