When you call the office, no one answers the phone. It is so inconvenient when you can't talk to anyone about issues on the property. I have been at this location quite some time. Since the management has changed, it has been so unprofessional. Hopefully, management will be more responsive in the future.
Aubrey from the office is so great, very patient, and helpful. She really knows how to make you feel at home. I really appreciate how she was patient with my son as we were going through the application and signing the lease. So far loving this community.
We're just moving in but so far everything has been great! The office staff Monica and Aubrey are so happy and nice and the few things I needed fixed in the house before moving in were done before the day was even over. I am so excited to be a part of this community.
