Dropped in while TDY to DC. All the coaches were very welcoming and super friendly. I messaged to ask about dropping in and was responded to super quickly. Jess was a great coach and was very thorough during the warm up and throughout the rest of the class. Great sense of community at this box, if I’m back in town I’ll def drop in again.

After college I struggled to find a CrossFit gym that was not only welcoming but also had great coaches and workouts. Capital has been just that! The owner and coaches have been nothing but phenomenal. Coach Jess especially will make sure to work with you and your form. Definitely make sure to check them out! One of my favorite things about the class is how intentional they are with the stretching!
I had never done a crossfit class before joining capital mma. I thoroughly enjoy the different exercises that I never even imagined doing. Some exercises I hadn't done since I was a kid. I absolutely love this class and the coaches. I recommend this class to anyone trying to get in shape or trying to stay in shape. Everyone is so froendly and welcoming. There is absolutely no judgement, only encouragement.
It will get you into good shape. The coach is very knowledgeable and serves as an excellent example of how I want to perform one day
