If it is possible to give 0 stars I would. I was running errands and stopped in the Fargo branch to pick up some change for a work event. It was next to the restaurant where I had my lunch. After waiting for the one person in the nether building to finish her phone conversation, I asked for some rolls of coins and 1s. They asked me if it was for Empire. Can't access my account on you CU, iI have inquired about it several time, You never answer the phones. It's proably just the times but your customer service is becoming on par with AT&T... That is not a compliment. I just want to know why you have cut access to my money..
Very good service, been a member since 2004. No problems. Other people complain about the drive up windows, how slow they are, , , but if they can't wait, thathat is when they can't slow down enough, to enjoy life. I want everyone to know, that I say this to everyone I have business with- HAVE A GOOD DAY, AND TRY NOT WORKING TOO HARD. THIS IS WHEN, YOU CARE ABOUT OTHER PEOPLE, BESIDES YOURSELVES.
