I hired him to do renovations in my house and he walked off the job. Did not return materials I purchased, and would not refund the unearned portion of payments I made to him. I had a functional bathroom and closets when he started the job, and he left me with just a toilet...and a really noisy one. I asked for a quite toilet, and he gave me one that scares the crap out of my dogs and grandkids when I flush.
