Perfunctory, at best. Perhaps the bigger accounts get better service, but for a cost of service ($6k), half the value of the machine, one would barely know the difference. Old machines are clearly not sexy. Lesson learned
recently brought a 5.5 t digger from Jack at capital construction equipment absolutely unreal to deal with one of the best in sales. Highly recommend.
