With Craig in the back working non-stop shaping the delicacies, and of course my sister, Teresa putting the pretty face on it all (as well as her own 25 hr days handling PR, package designs, development, customer relations...), well, what more needs to be said. Go for the hand-made truffles, but stay for the gelato!
