Review edited on 3/27/24. Very pleased with the communications received from Capital Concrete since leaving our initial review. We received an email this morning from Mr. Paulos advising that this call was investigated and found they made a mistake in misquoting the 5 yard order. Mistakes happen we understand that. They offered to honor the quoted price in efforts to regain our business on future projects. Great customer service. I had blocks and concrete delivered for a large garage. They were on time and very professional.
From the top to the bottom a friendly hometown field! Capital provides excellent concrete as well. Very pleased and a faithful customer!
If you are a driver with children, or family members that are ill then this isn’t the company for you…experienced prejudice behavior, I’ve worked from 12am-5pm informed dispatch I was falling asleep while driving and dispatch as well as the plant manager completely ignored it…also there was a driver that refused to operate a truck that was completely unsafe and was terminated terrible and unsafe company. But HR was great.
Normally order concrete from them but they started showing up late for deliveries and today was the worst of all they delivered 3.5 hours late and to make it worse they didn't call to tell me they were running late I had to keep calling to check on the concrete and had to loose money because I couldn't put the people to work and they were just sitting at the job waiting for concrete to be delivered.
