Consistently fail to shop up for appointments, or show up hours late. Technicians appear to be adept at researching a problem and then working days to try to figure out how to resolve. I expected my contracted service provider to have a better understanding of my network and how to keep it running. Although I have had the network mapped, and have a contract that requires system checkups quarterly, the checkups have never been performed.
