Was looking for someone to build a custom home. Their response back to me was essentially they are too busy. No timeline as to when they could schedule me, 6 months? 12 months? not even a site visit, just a simple no thanks. Glad they don't need the business but lost out on this customer. I'll spend my dollars elsewhere.
