I have encountered some of the rudest people in this bank. Most of them never smile or call you over the other person moves . The lines are always backed up with rude customers service Broadview should be embarrassed to employ employees like this. I have been a member for like 18yrs . I have been in this bank about 5 times this year it's always the same everyone is rude except the lady that work at the front desk. If there was a way to give a 0 rating I would.
I tried to make an external transfer today and they want to charge me $3-4 to transfer my money from my account. The app is terrible they don’t use Zelle and this whole set up is outdated!!
This is the worst bank ever! Sitting in drive-through today for (so far) 30 minutes and none of us have moved other than when someone decides to get out of line! They really need to get their act together! Don't even bother with this bank! Even if their rates are lower - it's not worth the frustration!
I don't know that there is a worse bank in this country. There is an excuse for every mistake, it is always the fault of another person and that theirs. When they are called out they get a nasty attitude. Member services is always rude, will hang up on you. They reopened a closed account of mine without my knowledge, denied it happening. Withheld a refund for sale of my car, blamed the dealership when it was in fact their error. I have closed and moved all my accounts.
