I went for money and the bank is low on $10 bills. Not sure how this is hard that the bank doesn't have money. 😂😂
I’ve been a member here for about 12 years or so. I’ve had mostly good experiences. Though there is there one new teller there named Alyssa who I honestly feel has a condescending attitude
Newer gentleman helped me, was extremely arrogant and extremely rude to his co-workers. Kept talking down on them even though he was a new hire.
I have encountered some of the rudest people in this bank. Most of them never smile or call you over the other person moves . The lines are always backed up with rude customers service Broadview should be embarrassed to employ employees like this. I have been a member for like 18yrs . I have been in this bank about 5 times this year it's always the same everyone is rude except the lady that work at the front desk. If there was a way to give a 0 rating I would.
