Just stopped in this location for the first time. Reviews were concerning, but I had a smooth experience. Easy parking. Greeted by guy sitting at the round entry way reception. Got in line, withdrew cash. Showed teller my id. She looked up my account using id. I gave clear instruction as to which account to withdraw money from and what denominations I wanted. Get annoyed when asking for federal rolled quarters when give out member rolled quarters where there are nickels and Canadian quarters hidden in there. No other location has a problem, it was actually a different location that mentioned this would be my solution. To ask for federal quarters to avoid the incorrect member rolled quarters. Even explained my why to the representatives, not even warranted but still unpleasant experience. Unfortunately closest location for me.
Best Credit Unions area with numerous locations. Both drive thru and parking. Staff are pleasant and professional.
