I recently had my car serviced at capital collision. and unfortunately, my experience was far from positive. I took my car in for what I was told would be a straightforward repair. However, after the work was done, I noticed that the issue wasn’t resolved, and when I asked for more details about the parts used, I found out that old parts had been installed instead of the new ones I was promised.
