They originally ordered an aftermarket part, and when it didn’t fit perfectly, they immediately went out the same day to get the original part, installed it, and even delivered it to my house. I had an issue with my undercarriage panel coming loose after hitting a pothole or maybe from the heavy rain we had, and Capital Collision took care of it right away. They were super friendly, honest, and didn’t try to upsell me on anything unnecessary. The repair was done quickly and at a really fair price — way better than I expected. You can tell they actually care about their customers. I’ll definitely be coming back here if I ever need body work again. Highly recommend this place!
