I had an issue with my undercarriage panel coming loose after hitting a pothole or maybe from the heavy rain we had, and Capital Collision took care of it right away. They were super friendly, honest, and didn’t try to upsell me on anything unnecessary. The repair was done quickly and at a really fair price — way better than I expected. You can tell they actually care about their customers. I’ll definitely be coming back here if I ever need body work again. Highly recommend this place!
Incredible service, timely, efficient, personable and knowledgeable. I took my car in after 2 people were not able to help me. They suggested a body shop. My seat belt was seriously hinged into the door and would not open. Casey, dug right in taking apart the window frame and door frame. Within a short period of time, he retrieved the hinged seat belt.
