Signing my mortgage documents with Jackie was a breeze. She had everything precisely in order and was fast and friendly.
I OFTEN give great reviews, but NOT this time. This woman (Jackie) was rude, dismissive, disrespectful, and unprofessional to my daughter who was simply doing a favor for us. It has been a while since I have experienced this type of unprofessionalism and disrespect. My experience with Jackie was disappointing, disheartening and unacceptable. I was simply dropping off checks, getting receipts and asking a few questions. When asking questions, I was interrupted and cut short, before being able finish the question or ask for clarification.
