I had a pantsuit cleaned at this cleaners “CAPITAL CLEANERS” Bestgate Road, Annapolis, MD. When I picked up my suit I noticed that all buttons were replaced except for one original button. The three buttons that were replaced does not match my suit and what’s more the cleaners refused to acknowledge changes they made in replacing my buttons.
