Wonderful service! The nursing staff was beyond friendly and took extreme care of my child during her procedure. From check in, pre-op, nursing, anesthesia and surgical staff were all around impressive and caring! We were blown away by the quality of this center.
I had surgery 4/2025 and I’m headed back for my second surgery 6/2025. Best nurses, anesthesiologist and of course my surgeon. Great place. Very efficient.
This was my first time undergoing any type of surgery and I felt completely at ease the entire time thanks to the care and attention of all the people who work here. The nurses and anesthesiologists are some of the kindest, friendliest people I've come across in my experience with healthcare. I am so grateful to the team that was part of my care, especially my wonderful ENT physician from WakeMed.

The surgery itself was great. The problems are with billing. I was told the fee for the surgery center would be about $1000, but the morning of the surgery they charged me $1800. I paid because I felt stuck. A week or so after the surgery, I was told I owe $300 for the doctor and $300 for the anesthesiologist. That total was almost 2.5x greater than the initial impression.
