I had an excellent experience at Capital City Subaru today! This was my first time bringing my Subaru to them for service, and I honestly couldn’t be more pleased. I initially brought my car in for one repair and ended up having a few other necessary repairs taken care of as well. I had an oil pan replaced recently and I was very pleased with the Service that received. The video taken showed the process and their lobby is very comfortable while waiting. I appreciate the reminders when it is time to go and have my oil change and rotate my tires. Thank You!
I felt Capital City Subaru was very fair in their fees . I did not like the news but that was not their fault .
