Brought my mother’s car in for service. It needed extensive amount of work. The video said everything. We didn’t end up doing the work as they knew this was a really expensive band aid. They were up front and honest. I’ve never felt this dealership was untruthful.
Jim provides exceptional service well as excellent open and honest communication. Cody gives great updates, service and explanations. I highly recommend Capitol City Subaru Service Department. They are my top choice. I wouldn't want go anywhere else.
