Daryl helped me with baffle problems on our Napolean wood insert, as Capitol City Stove is the newly authorized area dealers, he immediately contacted the Napolean representative. In the end, Daryl had Napolean replace a set of baffles at no charges. We really appreciate his effort because the previous area dealers were very unfriendly and not helpful. Thanks Daryl for your great customer service!
