I do enjoy the ability to access the gym at any hour I want . However , paying for the membership and the gym not being cleaned . Or weights being taken care of . Is disappointing . As well as not having access to other parts of what my membership includes when I want to use it or my kids. If my membership includes use of these things , why am I being restricted access to them for outside groups? That has never made much sense to me.

Very flexible packages. Don't have to be a member either. Can have a drop in fee to use the gym. I like that!!
The only good thing about coming to Capitol City is for the weight room. You can never use the gym on your own time even though you pay a monthly subscription come here on a Saturday or a Sunday and the gym and courts will never be yours and they can’t even keep up with the schedule, it is currently a Sunday. It says they have one thing on the schedule women’s pick up at seven.
