I have been a member here for years, the new company that bought this place is turning it into a gym that I always wished was in concord. Could not be happier with how the place has come along. especially the new gym. Place is awesome would definitely recommend joining to anyone who wants to lead a healthier life.
Coaches are great with the kids
I am extremely disappointed with my experience at Capital City Sports & Fitness in Concord, NH. My husband and I joined as new members in August 2025 and have already canceled our membership as of October 2025. Their website advertises 24/7 fitness center access, which was the main reason I signed up for the $99/month couples membership—I typically work out at 5am.
