Our experience was great! – This company had done security doors for my mom around 15 years ago, so we contacted them to do railings for her front steps and front porch enclosure. They created custom railings that perfectly matched her security door and existing porch corner post. They came twice to be sure their measurements were correct. Bad Experience!! – A couple of days after my doors were installed, I called the company to simply inquire about specific work that was done on one of the doors. I also told them about a nail that was left exposed on the inside frame of my door. I only received rude and defensive responses. I will never use this company again!!!
